It appears that landmark restaurant Out of Denmark in Delray Beach has closed. A reader tipped us off to the closure. We think we’ve verified this.
The phone number for the restaurant indicates that it is out of service. The restaurant website, RestaurantOutOfDenmark.com is “parked”, meaning there is no active website any more. They had previously relocated to their latest location in 2013.
This is a big loss for the county. We only made it there once but it was a special meal. It was expensive but worth it. Unfortunately other readers may never get to try it. To read more about the experience see this article in SouthFlorida.com.
