The schools have an excellent reputation and the area has one of the lowest crime rates in Palm Beach County. Most homes are close to South County Regional park.

The home sold for just $350K earlier this year after what looks like a foreclosure, so the investors who bought it did well.
Even more impressive, 10327 Canoe Brook Circle sold for $525K with just 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and under 2300 square feet. The house was on the market for over 3 months. The home was last purchased in 2013 for $345K in what looks like an ordinary transaction.
