Good news for Boca Woods homeowners in 2017 with a total of 29 homes sold at an average price of $230,000, up from $216,000 last year. The number of transactions is down about 50% from last year’s 44.

While the average home sold for $94 per square foot, two of them sold for over $160 per square foot. Most were $130 per square foot or below.

The closest to an average transaction was 10990 Boca Woods Lane selling for $230,000 with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2400 square feet.
