Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar, a small but growing chain, will open in Town Center in mid-March, according to a company spokeswoman. In preparation they are conducting a job fair at the mall in room 1008C, from 9am to 7pm through February 23rd. They aim to fill nearly 150 positions, “including bartender, server, front desk host/hostess, busser, line cook, prep cook, dishwasher and meat grinder.”
Customers can enjoy “made-to-order gourmet burgers, hand-dipped shakes and floats, decadent pies and 23 wine varieties.”
