Three Houses for Sale in Saturnia for $750K and up

As an agent with Signature International Real Estate, I recently learned of three houses our brokerage has on the market in the Saturnia neighborhood at the far west end of Yamato Road. I’d be happy to show these houses to potential buyers. Call me at 888-733-5299.
Currently active listings in Saturnia start around $540K and go as high as $1.2 million. The three homes from Signature are in the middle of that pack, starting at $750K.

Saturnia has a unique location sheltered from the rest of the world by South County Regional Park, and conveniently located across the street from highly rated schools: Eagles Landing Middle and Sunrise Park Elementary.

Prices are likely to go up since GL Homes is going ahead with a 43-home high-end development just south of Saturnia. Those houses will start somewhere north of $1 million, and that kind of addition tends to boost neighboring home values.

Two of the homes in this report are on one floor and were built in 2001. Brand new on the market is 19211 North Creekshore Court, listed at $809,900.

This is a large home for only one floor. It has five bedrooms and 4 baths in nearly 3700 square feet of living space. It’s also a fairly big lot at a third of an acre and it’s on a cul-de-sac with a pool and a pleasant lake view.

One particularly notable feature is the kitchen. It has gorgeous dark wood floors, upgraded cabinets, stainless appliances and exotic granite countertops.

Of course the house has a spacious master and its windows look out on the pool and lake. The master bath has a nice tub, separate shower, and separate “his and hers” vanities.

Next up is another large one-floor home with 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in just over 3400 square feet. 11741 Watercrest Lane is listed for $799,000 and has been on the market for less than a month.

Common in such homes of this vintage, it has an open floor plan.

The master bedroom has plenty of room with pool and lake views.

The master bath has a similar layout to the previous home with two vanities, a tub and separate shower area.

That pool and lake view is particularly nice:

The third house, 11729 Preservation is a two-floor model with over 4000 square feet, listed at $750,000.

The most notable feature just might be the pool area which includes special lighting and a spiral staircase down from the second floor patio.

The house also includes a very nice kitchen with a refrigerator that matches the cabinets and a bonus wine area including a rack and cooler.

The master bedroom is nice, though for some reason the photographer took this shot from a very low angle.

And that extra square footage creates space for features like the impressive master bath:

Sitting next to a cul-de-sac on the north edge of Saturnia, the rear of the house faces a canal and a large empty lot. That’s owned by the South Florida Water Management District so it’s likely to remain undeveloped and peaceful for decades.

Recent Home Sales in Saturnia, Mission Bay, and Island Lakes

Homes in the 33498 zip code are located north of Glades Road, and west of 441. The schools in this area have an excellent reputation and the area has one of the lowest crime rates in Palm Beach County. In addition, there are many unique attractions both nearby and within, such as South County Regional Park.

Many of these communities are gated and Google Maps does not have “street view” of the homes. Due to restrictions on real estate photos, we are using Google satellite images for this article. We’re covering part of 33498 in this article. We previously covered Boca Isles real estate a couple weeks ago.

Saturnia

This beautiful home at 19542 Estuary Drive in Saturnia sold for $550,000. The two story home has 3379 sq. fee of living space, 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It was built in 1999 and sold in 2002 for $480,000. Located on the lake, it has an inground heated pool and spa. The home has hard wood floors and a gourmet kitchen with wood cabinets and a center island. There is a guest bedroom on the first floor. The master bedroom suite is upstairs and there is a loft as well.

Also located in Saturnia, 19294 Skyridge Circle sold for $500,000. This lake front Chardonnay model has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in 2819 sq. feet. The home was built in 1999 and has marble and wood flooring. It is a one story home. It was previously purchased in 2011 for $425,000.

In the same neighborhood, 19221 Skyridge Circle sold for $530,000. This two story home has 4 bedrooms and 3.1 bathrooms in 3495 sq. feet. There is an upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and wood cabinets. The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor. Upstairs is a large loft and 3 bedrooms. While the first two have full lake views, this one has a limited corner lake view and is close to the community entrance.
The Saturnia neighborhood is wonderful for families and offers a 24 hour guarded gate, clubhouse, pool and spa. It also has basketball and tennis courts, and a fitness center. Students attend the highly regarded Eagles Landing Middle School and Olympic Heights High School, though some go to other area schools. There are HOA fees.

Mission Bay

This ranch at 10751 Avenida Santa Ana sold for $510,000. Built in 1991, it has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in 2860 square feet of living space. It has a lake view and an in ground screened in pool and patio. The house is located in a small cul-de-sac in a gated section, The Isle at Mission Bay. It was purchased in 2005 for $567,000. Previous transactions include 1996 for $284,000, and 1999 for $315,000.

The beautiful courtyard home at 10957 Ravel Court sold for $485,000. Located in Sonata in Mission Bay, it has 4 bedrooms and 3.1 bathrooms in 2987 sq. feet of living space. Built in 1994, the kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The home surrounds a custom free form pool plus private guest house.

The Mission Bay development consists of over twelve hundred homes within 10 “villages.” Certain villages have their own sub-associations. The community is west of 441 and covers 500 acres on both sides of Glades Road. The land includes the Evert Tennis Academy and Boca Prep International School and is near commercial plazas including Sports Authority and Mission Bay Plaza. There are swimming pools, tennis leagues, social events and more. HOA fees vary. Students attend Loggers’ Run Middle School and West Boca High.

11797 Island Lakes Lane located in Loggers Run sold for $520,000. The contemporary home is located in the Island Lakes gated subdivision on the north side of Glades Road. It has 5 bedrooms and 3.1 bathrooms in 3070 sq. feet of living space. The master bedroom is on the first floor. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. It was built in 1991 and sold for $294,300. It was sold in 2002 for $360,000. The home has a 3 car garage on a corner lot and a great view of the lake.

Also located in the Island Lakes subdivision, 20671 Bay Brooke Court sold for $509,000. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in 2288 sq. feet of living space. This ranch home has an attractive circular drive, lake views and an in ground salt water pool. The home has an open floor plan and hurricane impact windows and doors. It was built in 1988. The subdivision has basketball courts, jogging paths and tennis. It’s also only a couple houses from the cul de sac at the end of this short street (only 13 houses).

It is located on the lake on a corner lot and has a circular driveway. Built in 1999, it has been remodeled to include a game room, screened porch with full outdoor kitchen and upgraded cabinets and granite counter tops.

Also located in Saturnia, this 5 bedroom home at 19163 Two River Lane sold for $708,000. It has 4 full bathrooms and 4170 sq. feet of living space. It was originally purchased in 2000 for $379, 806. It has ceramic tile throughout and an enclosed pool. There are also views of the lake.

The next home at 10712 Avenida Santa Ana was purchased for $547,000. Located in the gated “The Isle” in Mission Bay, it has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in 2715 sq. feet. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are beautiful views of the lake and pool from the kitchen window. All the bathrooms were recently renovated.
Two other homes sold in Saturnia: 11852 Bayfield Drive (5 beds and 3 baths) went for $559K and 11745 Preservation Lane (5 beds and 4 baths) went for $725K.

This 5 bedroom home at 19275 Cloister Lake Lane in Boca Isles North sold for $550,000. The home has 3 full bathrooms and a 3 car garage. It is located on a cul-de-sac and has an in ground pool. The kitchen has dark cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have custom vanities. It was built in 1994 and renovated in 1999. Originally purchased then for $255K, it was purchased in 2006 for $793K. The property is wedged in and has no particular view, though there is a nice screened in area in the back.

There are two Boca Isles neighborhoods, west of Cain Blvd and south of Yamato Rd. We call them Boca Isles North and Boca Isles South, though we see some references to just “Boca Isles” as well as to a “Boca Isles West.” Sunrise Park Elementary School is nearby. Both are zoned for Eagles Landing Middle and Olympic Heights High School even though West Boca High is a lot closer.

A ranch home at 10690 Maple Chase Drive in Boca Isles North sold for $535,000. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in 2660 sq. feet. It overlooks a lake and has an in ground pool. Built in 1993, it was originally purchased for $259, 500 and sold in 2001 for $389,000.
Just down the street, 10582 Maple Chase (5 beds, 3 baths) sold for $570K. A smaller 4-bed, 2-bath house at 10792 Queen Palm Court sold for $405K. In Boca Isles South, 20130 Ocean Key Drive (4 beds and 3 baths) sold for $475K, and 20145 S Key Drive (5 beds, 3 baths) sold for $655K.

The Shores is another gated community on the north side of Yamato across from South County Regional Park. Within there 11041 Blue Coral Drive sold for $515K on December 1st. It’s a somewhat unusual structure with 4 garage doors. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and sits on a cul-de-sac. The backyard has a fairly large screened-in area with a pool and a bit of a lake view off to the side.

With over 3000 sq. ft., the house was built in 1992 and has access to a backyard lake as well as a 15×30 screened pool.

Also in Island Lakes, this Mediterranean styled house located on 11774 Island Lakes Lane sold for $405,000 on October 17th. Build in 1991, this house contains four total bedrooms, two full baths, a two-car garage, a private pool, and access to a nearby lake. The house in total is just under 3300 sq. ft. and was last sold on April 24, 2007 for $455,000.

19266 Bay Leaf Ct. in Boca Isles North sold for $475,000 on October 2nd, this 2,660 Sq. Ft home offers four bedrooms, one garage, and three full bathrooms. The home was first built in 1994.

This 2,670 square foot house in Saturnia was sold on September 30, 2014 for $499K. Located on 19525 Estuary Dr, this house has four bedrooms, three baths, a two-car garage, a pool and spa, and a garden view. The house was built in 1998, and was last sold in 2003 for $415K.

This uniquely colored, blue house was sold on September 29, 2014 for $340,000. Located at 21420 Millbrook Ct in Boca Chase, it has a total of just under 1900 square feet with two garages, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and lake access. The home was built in 1991.
