Each section includes a clubhouse with a resort style pool, a fitness room, tennis courts and more. HOA fees are in the ballpark of $300/month. The neighborhoods are zoned for Sunrise Park Elementary School, Eagles Landing Middle School, and Olympic Heights High School, all highly rated. The school district offers varying programs including gifted and academies so some kids go to different schools including Waters Edge Elementary and West Boca High.
Boca Isles South streets include Bal Harbor Drive, King Bay Drive, Ocean Key Drive, Dinner Key Drive, and Palm Island Drive, among others. At the start of 2018 there were 12 houses for sale in Boca Isles South. Three were listed from $615K to $700K, all of them 3200-3300 square feet. Five were listed in the $500Ks, from 2600 – 2900 square feet. Four more were listed in the $400Ks, three of those being the 2300 square foot 4 bedroom, 2 bath model.
Boca Isles North streets include Black Olive Lane, Preserve Drive, Cloister Lake Lane, Maple Chase Drive, and a few others. At the end of 2017, there were 7 houses for sale in Boca Isles North from $449K to $590K.
