Holiday Happenings This Week

Now through December 30th, Hoffman’s Chocolates Winter Wonderland will be open nightly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. (except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Free to public. Featuring holiday lights, 12 foot Christmas tree, Special Menorah Lighting and Hanukkah area, holiday wreath contest, Santa’s village with Santa Claus. Outdoor ice skating $15. Chocolate Factory tours $24.95. Zoo Lights at Palm Beach Zoo. Additional ticket is Adults $14.95, Children 12 & under $12.95. 6 to 10 p.m. the zoo will be aglow with unique themed displays. Photos with Santa, special animal encounters and cookie decorating.

Start the holiday season off in Delray Beach and celebrate the 26th anniversary of the Famous 100 foot Christmas Tree! December 5th, Santa arrives at 6:45 p.m. and Tree Lighting at 7 p.m. Holiday Street Fair on E. Atlantic Ave from N. Swinton to 5th Ave. Food, Music, Entertainment, Crafts. Visit the tree everyday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Disney Junior Holiday Fun on Saturday, December 7th at Town Center in Boca. 4 to 6 p.m. at the Nordstrom Court.

Kids Create your own countdown to the holidays, and have a blast with your child while doing it at Home Depot Plaza in Boca. December 7th, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Register online. Kids develop hands-on skills with sanding, nailing and applying stickers. With help from parents and store associates, your child will make a merry memory this holiday season. All Kids Workshop attendees must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times. All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron and a commemorative pin while supplies last.

Join Promenade at Coconut Creek and Broward Family Life magazine for a spectacular holiday celebration featuring 30 exhibitors, interactive games for kids, on-stage performances, giveaways and more. 17th Annual Gingerbread Holiday Concert at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, Presented by the Lynn University Friends of the Conservatory of Music on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 3 p.m.This concert attracts parents, grandparents and kids of all ages to enjoy the season’s classics performed by the Lynn Philharmonia. This annual event raises scholarship funds for the conservatory’s student musicians.Tickets: $35 general admission.
