Today we heard a report that the Beall’s store on 441 near Palmetto may be closing. If anyone has more information, please let us know: [email protected].
We tried to verify the information by calling the store. We were directed to a “corporate” phone number that was completely unhelpful. After doing research we found what appears to be a more accurate corporate phone number that, so far, is also completely unhelpful.
However, based on the fact that the store employee did not deny it’s closing, we suspect that it’s true. We hope to get a firm date on the closing, and find out what might be coming in its place.
Update: After spending about 20 minutes on hold, we were told the store will close on August 3rd. Beall’s did not know what, if anything, will be taking the store’s place.
