The West Boca Chamber breakfast meeting was this morning at Boca Greens. Attendance was a little less than usual, with maybe 35 people.
Highlights included Capt. Eisenberg introducing his new Lieutenant, Sean Eastman; Seth Marmor stepping in to lead the meeting in the absence of the chair; and Scott Topolski’s sponsorship. Lt. Green is pictured on the right in the picture below.

The speaker was Michael Dill of Action Coach, a franchise business.

Dill differentiates a “business” from a “job.” If your operation runs even when you’re not there, it’s a business. Otherwise it’s really a job.
He discussed several steps to “massive results,” starting with mastery – of money, time, delivery and more. The presentation was quick, sometimes too quick.
He included a great breakdown of how increasing results at different stages by 10% can lead to a 61% increase in profits.
