West Boca Arrests

The Sheriff’s blotter shows a few more arrests this week of West Boca residents. First we have Shirley Badway, charged with DUI and driving on a suspended or revoked license. She was also charged with refusing to sign a ticket. Please note that there is generally no requirement to sign most tickets but there is when it comes to misdemeanors such as these.

As noted by a commenter, all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. And here in South Florida, a large proportion of cases are dropped or otherwise dismissed.
Ms. Badway is listed as living at an address west of 441 and south of Palmetto, just off Hammock Road.

Next we have Lynnette Class, accused of battery. Ms. Class is reported as living in the gated Island Lakes community just north of Glades near South County Regional Park.
Ms. Class appears to work in fitness and is listed by the county as owning the property with a Mr. Ucros.
 
 
 
 
Finally we have Karina Moores, arrested for “aggravated battery” on the 18th and released yesterday under some form of supervision (we think).
Update: Ms. Moores’ case was “no-filed” by the prosecution in mid-November. The case is now closed and effectively dismissed.
Ms. Moores’ address is puts her in the Sandalfoot area, just west of 441 in an apartment in Boca Entrada.
All of these individuals are, of course, innocent until proven guilty.
