Visit Daggerwing Nature Center

If you haven’t already visited Daggerwing Nature Center at the South County Regional Park, you should check it out. The center is open Wednesday through Friday from 1 to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Animal feedings take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 2:45 p.m.
Saturdays, 1:00 p.m.. All ages are welcome and there is no charge to visit.

The Nature center has a 3,000 sq. ft. exhibit hall with live animals and interactive state-of-the-art exhibits. There is an art gallery which often features local artists and students. An elevated boardwalk has 2 trails that take you through the swamp and an observation tower. There is regular programming for children and adults.
