The Bridge Hotel in East Boca Raton will be completely gutted and renovated.
The hotel has been purchased by Hilton and will be named Waterstone Resort and Marina — A DoubleTree by Hilton hotel. Renovations to a business property can become very expensive, especially when it is an extensive project. This means costs can escalate severely.
The hotel will remain located at 999 East Camino Real.
Hilton has released a statement on the new hotel saying it will feature many upgrades such as a 270-foot wraparound seawall and dock dubbed the “waterfront promenade”.
This is going to be a very luxurious hotel and will add great diversity to the Boca Raton economy.
