FSU Will Beat Auburn Big

Many analysts are predicting a close game in the BCS championship between Auburn and Florida State. West Boca News disagrees. We predict the Seminoles will beat the Tigers by a large margin.
The big difference between the two teams is defense. FSU has given up more than 17 points only once this season, and that was in September. Since that game opponents are scoring an average of less than 9 points a game against them.

By contrast, Auburn has been hit for 148 points in their last 5 games – almost 30 points per game. In late October our local FAU, a weak team with a 6-6 record in a soft conference, scored 10 points on Auburn.

Against Auburn’s weak defense, we expect FSU to score at least 5 touchdowns, while the Seminoles will hold the Tigers to 3 or less.
