The Sheriff reports a shooting in Villa San Remo, a gated community between Lyons and the Turnpike, south of Clint Moore.
From what we understand so far, one child escaped without physical harm. A woman and another child were injured and taken to a hospital. The shooter appears to have killed himself. Below is a satellite image of the section of homes where this appears to have occurred.
