John Rufolo (above left, 29) was arrested Thursday for unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure. He was released the next day. His reported address is an apartment in Arbor Club. He’s had several cases before in the Palm Beach County courts, including violent felony arrests in 2006 and 2008. If we’ve got the right guy, the facial hair is somewhat recent and he’s a fan of Timothy Leary.
Kory Richards (center, 27) was arrested Thursday night and charged with trespassing and petit theft, along with two “failure to appear” charges. Mr. Richards was also arrested in 2007 for trespassing and petit theft, per court records, and was found guilty on both. The records from that case suggest there may be mental health issues involved. His reported address is in Century Village. He’s had several cases in our court system and is still being held at this time.
Michael Brett (right, 25) was booked early Friday morning, accused of possession of heroin and also a controlled substance without a prescription. A reader tipped us off to this one, having seen several police nearby the reported address off of the western portion of Sandalfoot. He is still being held at this writing. We see no other criminal history for Mr. Brett in the county. Strangely after 100 years of heroin prohibition it appears people still can get it. Maybe prohibition doesn’t work?
Adrain Rodriguez (above left, 35) was arrested early Saturday for battery and released this afternoon. His reported address is close to the Cumberland Farms gas station in Sandalfoot. We see no other cases for him in the county. This one is being treated as a domestic.
William Schiller (center, 70) was booked early this morning for battery and released this afternoon. We see no other cases for him in the county. This one is also set in court files as a domestic incident. The reported address is an apartment in Boca Pointe, near the corner of SW 18th and Powerline.
Eileen Edgeworth (right, 57) was arrested around noon today for battery causing bodily harm. She has not been released yet. Her reported address is an apartment in the Isle at Boca Dunes, just west of Lyons between Palmetto and SW 18th. This case is not yet in the court files and we see no priors for her. She is from New Jersey and is a fan of Michelle Obama. From what we can see of her, she seems like a good person who may have had a bad moment.
