Spring is upon us and April has just begun. In light of the tremendous growth of our site and the passion we feel for Kosher food, we’ve decided to change the name of our site to West Bacon News.
As a result our coverage focus will change and we will be emphasizing bacon, pork, and other porcine topics going forward.
We hope our readers enjoy the new format.
