5 Arrests: Burglary, Battery & More

campellChristopher Campbell (23) was arrested on Monday morning on felony charges of burglary and grand theft, and has not been released yet.
Mr. Campbell’s reported address is a house in Mission Bay on the south side of Glades.
He has a minimal history with a traffic case from 2006 that was dropped and a speeding ticket in February that he resolved just a few days before this arrest.

russoMichael Russo (21) was also arrested Monday morning on a probation violation. A resident of The Lakes at Boca Rio, Russo has a history of several traffic cases dating back to 2009, including repeat accusations of driving while suspended or revoked.
In 2012 he was arrested on robbery and aggravated battery charges in a high profile incident many of our readers may remember, as the getaway driver when two older women were attacked outside Publix by Russo’s friend. He did less than a year in jail and was set for four years of probation. In 2013 he was also arrested for battery and grand theft.
mendesIoranny Mendes (18) was picked up Monday on several probation violations. Mr. Mendes previously made local news in Boca News Now when he was arrested with three others back in early 2013. He was also charged again in January of this year with speeding and driving without a license, with the latter being dropped.
Mr. Mendes also has some connection to someone in the State Attorney’s office and that led to a new prosecutor being assigned back by Governor Scott in 2013. The young man’s reported address is in Boca Winds. He has not been released yet.
castellanoWayne Castellano was picked up and booked early Tuesday morning on an “out-of-county warrant.” We can’t find a warrant in the system so we don’t know what this is about. He’s had a few traffic cases in Palm Beach County and several in Broward including a couple felony cases filed back in March of 2003.
Criminal cases may run in the family:
