This Saturday, July 12th, Boca Raton will host the 3rd annual Boca Burger Battle: A Grilling Affair. Attendees get unlimited food and drink tastings.
The event starts at 6 pm for VIP ticket holders ($120) and 7 pm for regular admission ($50). It is not for pets or kids – minimum age is 21 years old.
VIPs get access to a special lounge, two-for-one cocktails at the after party where they can mingle with the judges, contenders and other VIPs.
New to the event this year is the Boca Burger Challenge, where five contestants will vie to eat the most Lil’ Ole Caboose Boxcar Burgers in eight minutes, with the winner getting a lifetime ticket to future Burger Battles.
The “backyard bbq theme” includes high-end beef and alternative burgers, plus food tasting stations with gourmet fries, onion rings, tropical salads, truffle mac-and-cheese and more. Beverage options will include Cockspur Rum, Svedka Vodka, Holy Mackerel craft beers, Madria Sangria, Moscato wine and Nestle spring water, among others.
The event will be held at Sanborn Square Park, 72 N. Federal Highway in Boca, just north of Palmetto Park Road.
