The Palm Beach Sheriff has identified the victim of this morning’s crash at US-441 and Palmetto Park Road. Bradley Street (31) was allegedly killed when his station wagon collided with an SUV.
The SUV was reportedly driven by 32-year-old woman named Kelsey Cooper (32). Both are from Boca Raton, and reports indicate the accident occurred around 1 am. Readers tell us the scene was still active after 6 am with the vehicle homicide unit on scene.
There’s some indication deputies are placing the blame for the accident on Cooper along with suggestions of impairment by alcohol or drugs, but it’s early. It can be very difficult to assign responsibility and such accusations should be considered speculative at this point. As far as we can tell Cooper is not charged with any offense at this point and even if she is, she’s innocent until proven guilty.
Neither of the individuals mentioned show any significant history in the courts of the three counties in South Florida.
