The Levis JCC is hosting the JCC Maccabi Games August 10-15, 2014. They are in critical need of host families to house the visiting athletes. According to their latest email, they still need 100 families to volunteer. By housing a teen participant, families can make athletes feel at home and experience the Games on a personal level.
Being a host family involves housing at least 2 visiting athletes; providing breakfast daily and dinner Sunday and Tuesday; providing transportation Sunday to the Opening Ceremonies and Monday through Thursday morning; and daily access to laundry facilities.
