Carnival, Festival and Art in Boca This Weekend

Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Robin Williams on February 5th. The West Boca Library is showing the movie, The Fisher King (R) at 1 p.m. Kids can enjoy Minecraft Mania on February 6th at 3 p.m. To register, call 470-1600.
Hop on over to the Pavo Real Gallery at Town Center Mall on February 6th from 5 to 9 p.m. and February 7th from 1 to 4 p.m. The Gallery is celebrating 20 years representing the world renowned sculptor, Tim “Frogman” Cotterill. Cotterill will unveil 2 new scuptures. The event will also raise money for N.I.C.K.’s Camp, a summer program at the Boggy Creek Camp Facility for children with cancer.
Go to a free concert on February 6th at The Shops at Boca Center. Simply Tina will be playing from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Come One, Come All to the Star Carnival on February 7th at Sandpiper Shores Elementary School, located at 11201 Glades Road. The Carnival will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be food trucks, games, inflatables, raffles, rock climbing wall and more. Tickets are $1.
Play with Snow on February 7th at the Glades Road Library. Kids ages 4 to 7 can play with “snow” using different materials. Preregister by calling 482-4554.
Go to Truckin for JARC on February 8th at Olympic Heights High School. The festival of food, fitness and fun runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, call 561-558-2572. JARC Florida is a non-sectarian organization that provides group homes, apartments and vocational training for adults with developmental disabilities.
Listen to Philharmonia No. 4 at the Wold Performing Arts Center on February 7th at 7:30 p.m. and February 8th at 4:00 p.m. The Lynn Philharmonia presents selections from Mendelssohn, Ranibaran and Belioz. Tickets are $35 to $50.
Bonnie & Clyde ends February 8th. See it at the West Boca Performing Arts Theatre on Thursday, Friday or Saturday at 8 p.m. or Sunday at 2 p.m. Presented by Slow Burn Theatre. Tickets are February 5th to February 8th. Tickets are $40 for adults, $25 for students.
Cheer on your team on the soccer field at Loggers Run Middle School. The Lady Jacks take on Omni Middle on February 6th at 4:30 p.m.
Check out The Boca Museum of Art’s Annual Outdoor Juried Art Festival on February 7th and 8th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free and open to the public at the Mizner Park Amphitheater.
Drop in to the First Annual B-day SkateJam at the Drop In Skate Park on February 8th. $15 entry fee to participate. Sign up at noon and competition starts at 1 p.m.
