Lynn University Volleyball presents Summer Movie Knights on May 22nd at 6:30 p.m. Food trucks will be available beginning at 6 p.m. The movie is Night at The Museum: Secret of the Tomb. Tickets are $5 per person. The movie will be showing at the deHoernle Sports and Cultural Center.
Sensational Snakes, A Naturalist Program, will be presented at the Daggerwing Nature Center on May 23rd at 1 p.m. Learn about Florida’s native snakes and how to tell the difference between harmless and venomous snakes. The 2nd Annual Al Grubow Memorial Mayhem BMX Jam will take place on May 23rd at the Drop In Action Sports Complex. Practice and Registration starts at 10 a.m. and the concert starts at noon. $20 entry fee. The Complex is located in Loggers’ Run Park.
The City of Boca Raton will host 2 free Memorial Day Events on May 25th. At 9 a.m. “All Gave Some…Some Gave All” will be presented at the Boca Raton Cemetery featuring Veterans Groups and music from the Boca Raton Community High School Band. At 7 p.m. “An American Tribute” concert at the Mizner Park Amphitheater. Blankets and chairs are welcome.
