West Boca Weekend
Listen to the Cachet Band at Delray Marketplace on May 14th beginning at 6 p.m. The dance band will play a free concert at the amphitheater.
Make a craft on May 14th at the West Boca Library. Kids ages 3-8 can enjoy a story and make a simple craft at 3:30 p.m.
Kids spend Friday Night at the Museum on May 15th at the Science Explorium in Sugar Sand Park. Kids, ages 7-12, are invited to wear comfy clothes and hang out in the museum after hours, 6-9:30 p.m. Pizza, a movie and a fun experiment. $20 per resident, $25 non-resident. Check out the Jorge Garcia Jam Band at Jazziz on May 15th. The band starts at 7 p.m. and plays until 1 a.m.
Storytime for Children with Special Needs on May 16th at 11 a.m. at Glades Road Library. Enjoy stories, songs, crafts and movement activities designed for children with developmental disabilities. All ages welcome. The program runs 45 minutes. Call482-4554 to register.
Celebrate Israel Fest 2015 on May 17th at the Mizner Park Amphitheater. The festivities take place from 3 to 7 p.m. and include a performance by Jewish music greats Josh Nelson and Neshama Carlebach, as well as Pardes Rock. There will be a petting zoo, games, sports and kosher fare for purchase. Attendees can also enjoy the Boca Museum of Art free of charge. Presented by the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
