But we have a simpler approach to Japango. We don’t go.
Open Kitchen Cafe had 8 violations in a licensing inspection. It’s located inside the Crystal Corporate Center on Military Trail at Butts Road and does delivery as well.
We have a couple Chipotle inspections including 6 violations (4 high priority) on 441 just south of Wiles and 5 violations on Military Trail north of Yamato. The Coral Springs location had stop sales on chopped chicken and white rice for improper storage temperature.
Beehive Kitchen in East Boca had 5 violations as did Bolay on Beracasa Way in Boca Del Mar. Texas Roadhouse on Lyons in Coconut Creek had 4 violations.
The best inspection this week goes to Cooper’s Hawk in Coconut Creek’s Promenade with just one minor violation.
