Eliantus Charged with 2nd degree Murder and Failure to Appear
Eliantus was arrested in Ft. Lauderdale August 25th and appeared in Court on August 26th before Judge Booras. He was charged with the alleged murder of Anastasio Caceres. A hearing has been set for September 24th in West Palm Beach. He has been assigned a public defender.
