Schools Closed on August 20 for Primary Elections

Primary Election Day is Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

More than 100 District-operated schools will serve as polling locations for the 2024 Primary Election. Schools will be closed to students and staff members, except 12-month employees. District administrative offices will remain open. 

Voters in Palm Beach County must vote at their assigned precinct on election day. All polls will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20.

Registered voters can find their assigned polling location by visiting the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections’ website. 

Schools will also be closed to students for the General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. District administrative offices will remain open.
