Arrest Weekend: Battery, DUI and Larceny
We’re happy we found only four relatively minor arrests this weekend, including Monday.
Two men were charged with battery. Above left is Andrew Gilbert (55) whose reported address appears to be a rented home in Brentwood of Boca, just northeast of Olympic Height High School. He may have worked in auto sales in Long Island at some point in the past. He was arrested late Sunday and released Monday afternoon. Mr. Gilbert pled guilty to a shoplifting charge back in 2012, paid some fines and fees and received an “adjudication withheld.” He also had a cocaine possession charge in 2010 that was dropped after he completed a drug court program.
Above right is Carlos Andramunio (58). His reported address is just southwest of 441 and SW 3rd. He appears to be from Ecuador and work in landscaping. He was arrested late Saturday night or early Sunday morning, and released late Sunday morning. Court records list the offense as domestic violence.
Dwarka Latchman (above left) returns to West Boca News on his 51st birthday, arrested Saturday for a DUI causing property damage and driving with a suspended or revoked license. In October Latchman was arrested for battery. His reported address is the same, across from Loggers Run Park.
