Milk, 93, dies as a result of injuries from crash

Audrey Milk, 93, of Boca Raton passed away yesterday as a result of injuries she sustained in a crash on July 2nd. Milk was a passenger in a Acura MDX driven by Danielle Elliott. Elliott sustained minor injuries.

According to the Report from PBSO, Kyrylo Khytrov, 40, of Boca Raton was driving a 2017 BMW northbound on Powerline Rd in the outside left turn lane. Elliott was southbound on Powerline Road in the center lane. Khytrov made a left turn, entering the intersection under a red light, pulling in front of Elliott. The front left of Elliott’s vehicle then struck the right front of the BMW.

Milk was transported to Boca Regional Medical Center, for treatment of injuries, and was pronounced deceased on 7/8/2024. The Accident occurred on July 2nd at approximately 5:10 p.m.

Khytrov was previously charged with DUI in 2022. PBSO checked alcohol/drugs on the Traffic Report but it is unknown whether charges will be filed.
