6 Weekend Arrests – Burglary Battery and DUI

Six arrests this weekend related to West Boca fall neatly into three categories. Up first, Stephen Kirk (above left, 23) was arrested for burglary with assault or battery. His reported address appears to be a condo owned by his girlfriend and her mother in the eastern end of Boca Del Mar. He was arrested on Sunday by PBSO, suggesting that the incident occurred outside the city. Mr. Kirk was released Monday evening on bond.
John Perez (right, 18) celebrated President’s Day by getting arrested on Monday evening for burglary of a dwelling or conveyance (vehicle) while armed, along with larceny. His reported address in Fairfield at Boca is a bit east of what we consider West Boca, but as with Kirk the arresting agency was PBSO. The case does not appear in the court system as of yet, and he remains in the main detention center. We can’t be sure, but he appears to be a graduate or former student of Boca High, he may have worked in a retail clothing store, and he may go by the name Juan Perez.

Moving on to the batteries, Patricia Rivera (above left, 43) was arrested on Sunday and released the next day. Her reported address is an apartment on the western end of Boca Del Mar, though she may have substantial connection to Coconut Creek. There is a Patricia Rivera teaching at an area religious school, but we can’t tell if it’s the same person. Our best guess is that they are different.

Christopher Gall (above right and right, 31) was arrested for battery late Saturday night. He was released Sunday afternoon. His reported address is in Boca Winds, at a home owned by his fiancee’s parents. He may be from Georgia and seems to like the outdoors. Court records list the offense as a “domestic battery.”

Last up is a DUI case.
Spencer Blank (not pictured, 24) was arrested for an alcohol DUI on Saturday. His reported address is in the St. Andrews Country Club, and he has made positive news in the past as a young entrepreneur helping seniors with a concierge service, 2extrahandz. Blank is an FAU alum who majored in criminal justice. We wonder if the education helped him during this experience.

As always, all arrestees are innocent until proven guilty.
