For the second week in a row we see very few local restaurant inspections in the state database. It’s even less this week with only 8 of them.
There’s no bad news in this report, and a little good news.
The good news is The Poke Company licensing inspection in the plaza on Powerline behind Olive Garden. The space used to be occupied by Apura.
Inspectors found zero violations, so it’s a good start.
The worst of the report is a pretty good inspection for the Melting Pot on Federal Highway near Yamato, with 5 violations, only one of which was high priority, about the “Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer.”
As usual our spreadsheet is below:inspections-4-13-2019
