Skate Park in Loggers Run Park

The Sun-Sentinel reports that a new skate park is under construction at the Loggers Run park on Palmetto Park Road, roughly 1.2 miles west of the Chili’s on Route 441.
The skate park, primarily for skateboarders, is the first phase of what may become a larger project including Razor scooters and BMX bikes. Read more about it at Drop In Action Sports Complex, or on their Facebook page which seems to get more frequent updates.

The county approved a 10-year lease and the project is being privately built and managed.
