Boca Reserve Update

We stopped by Boca Reserve this morning to see how they’re doing. We mentioned one the homes selling for $550K in our 33428 home sales report for March, and we reported last year on the Boca Reserve grand opening.
Now it looks almost done. With plans for 44 houses in total, we would guess they’re 3/4 of the way there.

The houses look deep but narrow. Some are all on one floor but most are two stories.

Boca Reserve is on the south side of Palmetto Park Road across from Riverside Drive.
