Prices were up in Loggers’ Run for 2019 with 86 homes sold, including 61 single family homes along with 25 townhomes and villas in the Timberwalk. The median price was $20,000 higher for single family and $15,000 higher for townhomes.
The low single family home price in Loggers for 2019 was $323,000 with a high of $875,000 for 22749 Wilderness Way in Ponderosa.
The median single family price in 2019 was $425,000 for 21784 Little Bear Lane. That’s $20,000 higher than the median in 2018.
For single family homes in 2018 there were 67 closed sales with prices from $295,000 up to $827,500 and a median price of $405,000.
Closing prices in Timberwalk started at $240,000 with 8 townhomes selling for $250,000 or less. The median price was $260,000 for a 1200 square foot 3-bedroom at 22305 Timberly Drive.
The highest price in Timberwalk was $295,000 for a 1600 square foot 3 bedroom at 22608 Vistawood Way. Four more sold for $280,000.
In 2018 Timberwalk had a few more sales with 28 closed transactions. The low price that year was much lower at $205,000, and 21 of the 28 transactions were at $250,000 or less. The highest price in 2018 was $285,000 and the median was $15,000 less than 2019.
At this writing there are only five single family homes listed for sale in Loggers’ Run and only one townhome. Combining that low inventory with rising prices makes this an excellent time to sell.
