Join the Relay for Life Fundraiser on May 9th at Mizner Park Amphitheater. The Relay is from 4 to 11 p.m. There will be free musical performances by Mr. Bobby Kas, Raine and The Southern Rock Society Band. The Relay raises funds for The American Cancer Society.
Have a Splashing Good Time at the Coconut Cove Waterpark now open on Weekends. The Waterpark is located in the South County Regional Park. May hours are Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The water playground only is open on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Daily admission is $10.60 for those 12 and older, $8.60 for children 3 to 11 and $3.60 for toddlers. Season passes and lower rates after 3 p.m. and on Family Fun Fridays in May.

Tuesday at the Library
The Glades Road Library is having 3 events on Tuesday, May 5th. Hooked on Crochet is at 2 p.m. Adults interested in learning how to crochet should bring a crochet hook and some yarn. The program lasts 90 minutes
The Chess Club for ages 6-12 meets at 4 p.m. Practice your skills or learn how to play. The Club meets for 45 minutes.
The Teen Book Club will be discussing “Looking for Alaska” by John Green. Hang out with your friends and grab a snack. The fun starts at 6 p.m. for teens ages 14-18.
