The home boasts marble and wood floors, walk in closets and a gourmet eat in kitchen.
Built in 1992, the home sits on over 2 acres of land. It has a spectacular backyard with a large heated pool and exterior fireplace overlooking a lake and a private dock. There is even a 4 car garage. The home was previously purchased in 2008 for $2.791 million.
Seller Gary Schultheis is a prominent figure in the internet domain name industry. One of his previous companies, TLO.com, filed for bankruptcy in 2013. County records don’t show the name of the buyer yet.

The impressive entrance features marble floors and a beautiful ceiling. The chef’s kitchen has 2 dishwashers and a double-wide gas stove. There are 4 bedrooms and 5.2 bathrooms in over 6500 sq. feet of living space. The large master bedroom is on the ground floor.
The home has impressive lake and golf views and a 4 car air conditioned garage. The sundeck has an outdoor kitchen, infinity pool and separate spa. The property was purchased for $950,000 in 2000 and the home was built in 2001.
Seller Steven Schonfeld is a long-time Wall Street player. County records do not show the buyer yet.

This European style home was built in 2009 and features 5 bedrooms and 6.3 bathrooms in over 7700 sq. feet of living space. The home has views of the golf course both front and back. There is a private pool in the backyard and a 3 car garage, plus impact windows and a 30kw whole house generator.

Real Estate Sales in 33496 with Warren Redlich

It has been a busy season for Greensboro real estate agents as a lot of homes have been sold. The real estate market is in a very good place right now which is giving realtors a lot of customers who are eager to move into a new home – and this includes homes in the 33496 zip code. Additionally, due to how well the real estate market is doing currently, there are more and more people trying to get a career in real estate by using the online training opportunities on courses.com.au. This is always good news for the industry.

The 33496 zip code seems to be doing extremely well lately. They are located between 441 and Military Trail, north of Yamato Road to the Delray line. Neighborhoods in this area include Long Lake Estates, St. Andrews, The Oaks, Woodfield Country Club, Newport Bay Club, Boca Gardens, Broken Sound, Whisper Walk, The Polo Club, Lakeridge and Seasons of Boca Raton. Students attend Omni Military School, and Spanish River High School.
Real estate agent Bonnie Shimel tells us that the market for the 33496 area as well as the rest of Boca remains strong. “We are seeing fast sale times and top prices for homes at all levels of the market.”

5184 Suffolk Drive in the Manchester section of The Polo Club sold for $397,500. The ranch has 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2.5 bathrooms in 2702 sq. feet. It has an in ground pool and a large backyard. This 2 car garage home has a new roof and marble floors.

This Mediterranean style home at 4196 Briarcliff Circle sold for $650,000. Located in Woodfield Country Club, it has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in 3977 sq. feet of living space. Built in 1998, it has a 3 car garage and stainless steel appliances.

6442 NW 31st Terrace, located in The Seasons, sold for $725,018. This one story home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in 2897 square feet. Built in 1989, the kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a bombay island. This lakefront home is on the cul-de-sac and has an in ground pool. It was last purchased in 2000 for $452,500.

This beautiful two story home at 17705 Middlebrook Way sold for $1,050,000. Located in The Oaks, it was built in 2004. Questions About Marc Bell's $35M Woodfield House

The somewhat notorious Marc Bell is selling his house in West Boca’s Woodfield Country Club. Listed in May for a whopping thirty-five million dollars (yes, that’s $35,000,000), the story got national media attention from Forbes and Business Insider.
The media frenzy jumps on Bell’s connection to Penthouse Magazine, which he was involved with for roughly five years out of a career of thirty to forty years. They also froth at the house having a “Star Trek” room.
There are a couple of pieces to the story we think are more interesting. First, if you’re going to list a house for $35M in West Boca, your realtor’s “map location” should probably show the correct place rather than a spot a few miles into the ocean east of Hallandale Beach.

The correct location for the house is actually within Woodfield Country Club, just north of Yamato and east of the Turnpike:

Second and more serious, as taxpayers many of our readers might be curious why a $35M house is appraised at only $6 million. County tax records show that the appraisal and taxes have been going down significantly in the last few years.

If the house was assessed at a more accurate but still conservative $30 million, the county would be receiving an extra $500K or so in additional tax revenue from Mr. Bell. That would mean either more services from county government, or the rest of us might pay a little less. One wonders how many other fat cats are getting huge tax breaks leaving those of us in Boca’s middle class (or as the rest of the world might call us, “the moderately wealthy”) picking up the tab.
