Boca Winds Home Sales: 2020 So Far

26 homes sold in Boca Winds in the first half of 2020. The pace is similar to 2019, but prices fell significantly. The highest transaction price was $500,000, far below the 2019 top of $650,000.

22250 Kettle Creek Way

The high price so far for 2020 is 22250 Kettle Creek Way, which sold in March for $500,000 even. It’s a four-bedroom, three-bath house in 2250 square feet with a lake view and private pool.

Six other homes sold for prices over $450,000, all with four bedrooms.

22268 Collington Drive

Nearby 22268 Collington Drive sold for $497,500. The house has 2550 square feet on two floors with three bathrooms. There’s no lake view but it does have its own pool.

The highest price in dollars per square foot goes to 22720 Pickerel in Ashley Park, a 3-bedroom with under 1400 square feet that sold for $379,000. That works out to over $270/square foot. The overall average for Boca Winds in the first half of the year was $206 per square foot. There were no bank-owned home sales and no short sales.
