Great Inspections for Early December

This is one of the best weeks we’ve seen for restaurant inspections, though there were not that many in West Boca. A few local restaurants near Glades Road west of the Turnpike made the list.

Crime Report – Wild Week

In our latest crime report we’ve got stabbing, grabbing, biting, stealing, more stealing, more stealing, heroin, cocaine, a contractor from the lower levels of hell, Xanax in a man’s butt crack, and a bloody nose ring.

The most interesting case is an attempted murder accusation against a Boca High student with a victim who a jury will hate, and a defense lawyer who filed a bizarre Stand Your Ground motion.

On top of that we have details on a new sexual predator residing in a West Boca.

Neighborhoods include Boca Isles, Palmetto Pines, Meadow Lakes, Broken Sound, Boca Landings, Coral Lakes (Glades Road Library), Estates of Boca Lyons, Watergate Estates and Sandalfoot Cove.

Short Week for Inspections

Due to the short work week, our latest spreadsheet has only 14 restaurant inspections and none of them were in West Boca. All the inspections were in East Boca, Coconut Creek and Margate.

Crime Report – Sandalfoot Special

In our latest crime report the parking lot of O’Connor’s Pub in Sandalfoot appears yet again – and twice this time. Several stories involve Watergate Estates and Sandalfoot Cove. We also have a DUI for a country club manager. And best of all, a criminal with a lengthy criminal history was released on bail just in time for the holiday burglary season.

Neighborhoods mentioned this week include Watergate Estates, Sandalfoot Cove, Boca West, Dakota, Boca Del Mar, River Oaks, Broken Sound, Alister apartments and Palmetto Pines, along with some from East Boca.
