Boca Isles South

Boca Isles South is gated community of single family homes. There are two Boca Isles communities, with Boca Isles North being – yes – to the north.
The two neighborhoods are roughly equal in size. For 2017 there were 27 homes sold in Boca Isles South (29 in North). The low end started at #360,000 for a 4-bedroom, 2-bath model with 2300 square feet. This is not typical though, as we sold the same model at 19641 Biscayne Bay Drive for $480,000.

At the high end four homes sold for $700K or more, with two more just under $700K. Of the eight houses that sold for $650K or more, all were 3200 square feet or larger with 5 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms.
Boca Isles South also has some smaller models down to 2000 square feet that sold in the low $400K range.

Both of the Boca Isles neighborhoods sit in the 33498 zip code, west of Cain Blvd., south of Yamato Road and north of Glades Road. South County Regional Park is to the west. They have top rated public schools including Sunrise Park Elementary School, Eagles Landing Middle School, and Olympic Heights High School. The amenities are very nice in both subdivisions.
Boca Isles South has a nice community pool area and clubhouse.
