Loggers’ Run real estate is a large community in West Boca to the west of US-441. The map below shows where it lies among various other neighborhoods. Homes are conveniently located near four excellent public schools (Waters Edge and Sandpiper Shores Elementary, Loggers’ Run Middle, and West Boca High School. There is also small shopping plaza in the middle of the development, a new assisted living facility about to open, and a Publix supermarket.

Dozens of homes sold in Loggers’ Run in 2017 with prices ranging from just under $200,000 for a townhome up to over $1 million for a single family home in Ponderosa. There were 25 homes listed for sale in early January of 2018.
It is a long north-south real estate development so we’ve broken down our map into two sections – north and south. North of Palmetto Park Road are all single family home subdivisions including the gated Island Lakes, the Country Landing subdivisions, Indianhead, Crystal Cove Estates (gated), Winding Lakes Estates (gated), Winding Lakes 2, and the Cimarron subdivisions.
South of Palmetto Park Road Loggers’ Run includes the Timberwalk townhome subdivisions surrounded by Winding Lakes 1, Ponderosa, and Tamarron.
