More Good Restaurant Inspections

For readers who like good news it's another good week. Nearly all of the restaurants in this week's report had fewer than 10 violations and most had fewer than 5.

The best result was for a popular place inside Town Center Mall. The worst was a big place in Delray Marketplace, which wasn't really that bad except for one little thing. More details below:

Grown Men With Teen Girls

It's usually not good when adult men get involved with teenagers in the wrong way, and we have two such incidents in this week's crime report. One of them lives on Sandalfoot Boulevard and the other one says he was an Uber driver and used Lyft to carry out the alleged crime.

Crime Updates: Deerfield DUI Homicide and Mission Bay Burglary

There have been developments in two recent crime incidents related to West Boca. The deadly Deerfield DUI driver, a resident the Alister apartments on Boca Entrada, will be staying in the care of the Broward Sheriff's corrections unit indefinitely.

The Mission Bay burglars have been identified with one now spending his time in the main detention center and the other being sought. He went to a high school in Boca west of the Turnpike. Feds Jam Supplement Scam: Boca, Delray, Parkland & Boynton

Federal prosecutors have charged five local men along with another in Nevada with "a scheme to distribute illegal dietary supplements." Two have reported addresses in Boca, one in Delray, one in Boynton and another in Parkland. Full details below:
