Join the community and celebrate Hanukkah at these events in and around Boca! The Promenade in Coconut Creek is having a candle lighting on November 27th at 5:30 p.m. There will be live music and children’s activities. There will also be a sing-a-long with the South Florida Jewish Academy. The Promenade is also having a Chanukah Wonderland on November 27th, 28th, December 1st – 5th. The Promenade is located at 4443 Lyons Road.
The Kabbalah Centre is sponsoring the 2nd Annual Family Fun Festival and Holiday Shopping Bazaar on December 1st from 11 am to 6 pm. The Festival will take place at the Mizner Park Amphitheater. Kosher food will be available for purchase and vendors will be selling jewelry, candles and other items. There will be face painting, a rock wall and other activities for kids.
Temple Beth El will be lighting the Menorah at The Shops at Boca Center on December 4th from 6 to 7:30 pm. Celebrate the last night of Chanukah with music from the youth choirs, food, and crafts. Restaurant sponsors will be offering special deals on this night. Boca Center is at 5050 Town Center Circle and Military Trail.
Finally, Chabad of Boca Raton is holding a Menorah Lighting on December 4th at 6 pm at Town Center. The Menorah is located at the Crate & Barrel entrance. There will be live music, latkes and dreidels as well as a show with Bobby the Balloon Guy.
