Last night Fire Rescue reported a double stabbing in the West Sandalfoot area, commonly known as Watergate Estates and/or the Sandalfoot trailers. The incident occurred on Anchorage Way:
The blotter shows that Amanda Myers of Anchorage Way was arrested for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
The booking record has no mugshot. She may be in the hospital as a result of the incident. We were able to find another mugshot of her from an arrest earlier this year for failure to appear:
Court records in Palm Beach County show a few cases from 2006 through 2012, and then four cases in 2013. We also found a minor case for her in Ohio from 2003.
The house listed by the Sheriff as her address, 11886 Anchorage Way, fits with the report of the stabbing on the 11000 block of that road.
The property is owned by Michelle Corrado and John Williams, per the appraiser’s website.

David Martinez Arrested Again and Again
Some of our readers may remember David Martinez, who was arrested in July for a home invasion, accused of stealing morphine from a cancer patient. He was being held on $50,000 bond, so we thought it was odd when he popped up on yesterday’s blotter.
The home invasion case was quietly dropped by prosecutors on August 5th. We don’t have an explanation for this yet.
In researching this we also discovered that Mr. Martinez was arrested four days later, on August 9th, for battery. He was released on bond for that case, which is still open, and arrested again yesterday accused of petit theft and resisting an officer.
Martinez also had felony arrests in 2008 (robbery – pled guilty) – and 2014 (drugs, dropped by prosecutors). This incident prompted us to do further research and we found a burglary case from 2008 in Volusia County.
Mr. Martinez’ reported address is in the Edgewood apartments north of Sandalfoot Square plaza, on the east side of 441. He appears to be a graduate of Spanish River High.

A reader reports that Palm Beach County Fire Rescue were working on something around 3:30 pm at the Bank of America building on 441 across from Sandalfoot Square.

Drug Arrests in West Sandalfoot
We have two notable drug arrests to report from West Sandalfoot (aka Watergate Estates or the Sandalfoot trailers).
David Crance (left, 46) was arrested Tuesday and charged with three counts of selling opiates near a restricted area (typically near a school). Mr. Crance previously appeared in West Boca News in January and in April, both times on drug charges. He was released on bond Wednesday evening.
Dawn Smith (right, 44) was arrested around the same time. She’s facing four counts of selling cocaine. Like Mr. Crance, her reported address is three doors down on the same street. While we missed covering it in West Boca News, Ms. Smith was arrested in January on drug charges which are still pending. She remains in custody.
Guns Drawn at Sandalfoot
A reader alerted us to a confrontation at Northwest Sandalfoot Plaza. Deputies with guns drawn arrested two men. See the video.
